Problem:
Variable showing the error value in current data
Reason:
1. Start address of a variable is wrong.
2. Address mapped in variable configuration is not present in PLC, HMI or energy meter, etc.
Solution:
1. In case of configuration issue please check the variable configuration like start address of a variable and datatype.
2. If the above details are proper, stop the 'PlantConnect DAS' service and check data on 'modscan'. If data is not coming on 'modscan', then it is an issue with hardware like PLC, HMI, Energy meter, etc
