Issue:

Unknown Exception occurred. Code - 803 - ModbusMaster : : ConnectToDevice ( )  - DeviceId  :  2865  ,  Slave Device is not connected Slave Id :  1


Issue Analysis:


Reason:

 

  1.     Analyzer is not connected to the PC/DATCon

        

  2.     Slave ID/ Device ID of the analyzer is not as configured on server. 



Solution: 


1.  Do proper connection of analyzer.    




2. Ask customer to check device ID on analyzer and configure the same on server.

    


3. Check port no. at PC and server configured are same.


Port No. at PC: My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Port


At server : Site Admin > Device Modify > Select site and device > in protocol configuration > Port number
