Issue: 

Error - A fatal error occurred - DAS cannot be started. Authentication failed. Please check Name and Password in PLSConfig.ini file.

And showing below legend in device tree .

Problem:

Name and Password in PLSConfig.ini and RTDASManagerConfig.ini file and in Site Username -password is not same.


Solution:


1. Download PLSConfig.ini and RTDASManagerConfig.ini files from server.

Site Admin > Admin Configuration > RTDAS reuest > download ini file


2. Replace the files in EnviroConeectDAS folder.


3. Restart DAS services.
