Problem:
Production count is not increasing even if PLC or HMI is connected to the server
Issue analysis:
Reason: There are three possibilities for this issue
1. Pulse input is not reached to PLC or HMI port.
2. Trial mode is on through UI.
3. PLC or HMI in error mode.
Steps to check the issue -
Step 1: Check the electrical pulse signal at PLC or HMI port. If there is no issue in pulse input then check the next step.
Step 2: Check the value of the trial mode variable on UI. If the value of the Trial mode variable is zero then do the next step.
Step 3: Check the indication mode of PLC or HMI on the front side of PLC and HMI. There are three modes,
A. Run mode.
B. Halt mode.
C. Error mode. 
Step 4: If the PLC is in error mode then give a power cycle to a device and check again.
