Problem:

The user tried to send a Downtime reason through HMI but it showing the below messages,


'Communication failed with the server.'


Issue analysis:

Reason: When Server PC is off or out of the network or when RTDAS is not able reached to the                Server(RTDAS is not is network).

How to check this issue :

Step 1 - Ping the IP of server PC on command prompt with help of below command,

ping <IP address> -t

Example - ping 192.168.11.192 -t  and press the enter button.

Step 2 - If there is no issue in pinging the IP of the server PC then ping the RTDAS IP

Same as above process.
