Problem: SMS are not received after changing the SMS account

 

 

Steps to check the issue:- 

You need to change the SMS Gateway details defined previously if you change the account.

For this, you need to do below mentioned steps -

1. Go to Site Admin -> SMS Gateway.

2. Change the details for SMS sending like user name, password, etc. 

3. Save it.

4. Restart the Apache Tomcat service.
