Problem:
PlantConnect shows communication failure, even if the device connected to a DAS machine.
Reason:
1. Configuration is not proper.
2. No data is received through serial/ethernet cable(hardware issue)
Solution:
1. In case of configuration issue please check the device configuration for serial communication, like COM port, baud rate slave id, etc.
2. If the above details are proper, then stop the 'PlantConnect DAS' service and check data on 'modscan'. If data is not coming on 'modscan', then it is an issue with the hardware.
