Problem:

DATCon is unable to send data to the server even if an internet connection is available.

Reason:

DATCon machine uses a proxy server for internet connectivity. The proxy server doesn't allow DAS to access the server URL.

Solution:

Check the proxy settings and do the below-mentioned steps -

I. Add server URL in the proxy

II. Disable proxy if possible
