Error Message : Can't load library: C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\enviroconnect\conf\LicenseDLL.dll

Issue Analysis:

Reason:

1. LicenseDLL.dll file is not correct

Steps to Check:

1. Check the LicenseDLL.dll compatibility with the OS.

2. If Apache 32 bit is installed, we use LicenseDLL.dll of 32 bit and rename other one as LicenseDLL_64bit.dll

C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\enviroconnect\conf

For 64 bit installation use the LicenseDLL.dll of 64 bit and rename other one as LicenseDLL_32bit.dll
